RABBIT CASES. ) James Ick was proceeded against by the Wagga PJ. Board for failing to' suppress and destroy rabbits on his holding. Mr. A. E. Lewis w(for Messrs. Higgins and Robinson) ap- 1 peared for the Board. The defend ant averred he had done all that was possible to keep down the pest, but Inspector Irving's evidence was to the contrary, and defendant was fined £1 and ordered to .pay 4/ costs of court aud~£i 1/ professional costs. ' A. C. Rogers, summoned for a similar offence, failed, to appear, and the case was heard ex partc. He wa= fined £2, with court costs, and £1 1/ professional costs.
