LOCAL AND GENERAL. A special temperance sermon will be delivered at the Wesleyan Churoh to-morrow. Thursday , uio 17ih inst, the second day of the races, has been proclaimed a public holiday for this district. The relief works at the National Park are to be closed to-day.
