THE MAIDEN BASE ROBBERY AND MUSDER liOBToS, Feb. 8.—After the search ot Green s person he was conducted into an adjoining room, -where be was informed thai he had been followed and -watched fot some time. Thereupon, without any unusual emotion, he confessed liis guilt. Low* & Bros., of New York, and bound to lhat port from Yokohama, was borned on the night of the lull of November, by the Alabama. The officers apd crew were eight days in the pirate, and were then transferred to an English vest-el, onboard of which ship they arrived at Batavia. Chma advices state that the American ship Imperial has been sold io an English boose at Hong K ong for £8 IKK), under the influence of fears upon the pal t of her captain that the Alanama might take her. The ship Versailles has been sold to £ail under the Peruvian flag.
