Stevens , the cheese dealer here , indicate that cheese handlers are considerably at sea regarding the cheese deal this season . Tkis is particularly true in regard tjo the Wisconsin deal because the late spring has kept the season backward ; Already the production is six weeks later in starting uian in ordinary seasons . Usually by May 1 the big operators in cheese are ben * inning to buy freely for storage , but up to this time practically nothing has been done .
