We lost New York by some C,000 votes, and in the city alone more tlinn 8,000 Doin crats wore, by the management of the polls, prevented from voting at the time the polls closed. The frauds in the soldier's voting, by which the State was disfranchised, would have given us at least 20,000 majority. New York gives 33 electoral votes.
