NOETHEBN ABKANSAS. Since the departure of General Curtis' army from South-west Missouri the rebels in North-west Arkansas have begun to renew their depredations. An attack on Casuville was hourly ex pected. Thejorce of Federals bad six field pieces, and wan confidant they could defend the place. It is reported that 2000 Texans and 500 Indians, near Beutonvitte. Arkansas, are preparing to march into Missouri, and also that raving bands commit depredations along tho borders. The following arc telegrams taken from the San Francisco papers :— Fortress Monroe. May 2. There are sonic six or seven thousand rebel troops, under General Huger, between Big Point and Korfolk. Three companies in Portsmouth rebelled a few nays since, and it is also reported llagruder's forces had mutinied at Williamsburg;

Mobile, 1st. — A dispatch from Corinth, dated 26th April, says that Colonel Scott, with two companies of Louisiana cavalrv, had driven out a regiment of Federal t oops at Tuscumbia, killing several, and takin'- forty prisoners. The enemy (Federals) burned their stores, and Were pursued by thu Confederates, the result being unknown.

The navy department bas just received despatches from Commodore Dupont, an nouncing the capture of the rebel steamer Ella Warley. by the Santiago de Cuba, deeply loaded with EnfieW rifles. It is supposed she has cannon in her fore-hold, which had not been looked into at the time the steamer bearing despatches left. The Santiago de Cuba also chased the Niudivitle. bnt the latter was too swift for her. The Nashville was also loaded with arms, in tending to run the blockade. Pittsburg Landing, Mav 3. The roads are improving. Xo battle yet. Deserters from the rebels arrive daily. A few days since, one Tennessee and one Mississippi regiment — twelve months' men — stacked arms, their time of serving having; expired. They refused to fight, and wcro put undor arrest. The city was to be surrendered, but tho time was extended until some of the enemy's vessels came up the river. Charleston, May 1. The Federals have captured a small bat tery of two guns near White Point, twenty two miles from Charleston. General Evans has sent a force to look after the Yankees.
