KINGSVILLE AND QUEENS-' VILLE ESTATES NEWS \ PKOGRESS ASSOCIATION. A meeting of the ICingsville, | Queensville, and Clarendon Estates Progress Association was held last Saturday evening in the Kingsvillo ITnll, when between -10 and 50 mem bers attended. Mr. Delzoppo pre sided. Cr. D. Robinson was present by invitation. Correspondence included a letter from Mr. T). A. Little, shire secre tary, Werribee, stating that the Council could not, under the Local Government Act, extend the hours of polling for municipal election in the east riding to 7 o'clock. The Foots cray Council had been advised that the Werribee Council did not object to the electric light from Footscray being extended into the shire of Wer ribee at West Footscray. A con tract had been let for the construc tion of 25 chains of channel in Har rison's road and five chains in Som erville road.
