W EEKLY CLEVELAND, HERALD. TENN. The Pre.ldeol. Condition. Ab we go to press, the latest news is that the President is steadily improving and that the chances of recovery are all in his favor. Cincinnati Commercial : With the President on the high road to Recovery, fitting Bull surrender ed and Conkling defeated, there does not seem to be anything in the immediate future to disturb the public mind. The farmers can peacefully harvest thir crops, the camp meetings harvest the 'sinners, and all things work to gether for good during the re mainder of the summer season. The tall elections will be, for the most part, quiet affairs and lack ing in the intense political ex citement of Presidential cam paigns.
