The name of Homer L. Ross as a candidate will meet with the approval of all classes. He is a "Hiloitc," and his candi dacy minimizes the danger and the injustice of having a Honolulu man appointed to preside over the Fourth Circuit Court. We believe that the appointment of Mr. Ross would be a strong fac tor in the promotion of liarmony among the Republicans of this dis trict, and trust that honors may be conferred upon those only to whom honon are really due.
