It is alleged that our cousins, in her Majesties dominions. liavo been very largely benefitted by the provisions of the treaty for which our peo ple have received a very insignificant equivalent, and therefore a wholesome re gard for own interest requires that its provisions cease to be binding at as early a day as possible.
