Down Shepparton way irrigation has been responsible for much progress made, and with co operation piactised among growers a bright future is assured. At the half-yearly meeting of the Shep parton Fruit Preserving Company held last Saturday It was announc ed that the year's operations of that enterprise would yield a profit of anything between ,£3,000 and .£5,000, after allowing ^1,100 for depreciation.
