J. Kingsford with feloniously j destroying certain .property belouging to him. WARWICK POLICE COURT.' TCEBDAT, FSBOC^BT 26. (Before W. Thompson, Esq., J.P., and G. L. Pratten, E«q., J.P.) John Deuchar was charged, at tbe in stance of Sub-Inspcctor flan-ii, with neglecting to destroy the Batburst burr on his ground on the Warwick Agricul tural Beserve. James Macintosh, overseer, uppeared on behalf of Mr. Deuchar. A nutice liad been served on the defendant on the 28th December, and Constable Waldntn-iaapected the ground on the. 20th February, elating ie-CSpUM; Uat eooie of the burr was cut, aliq.t* la>%e quantity uncut, and none destroyed. THURSDAY, FEB. 28. (Before his Honor Judge Sheppard CIVIL JURISDICTION. The Court met in its civil jurisdiction this day. The only member of the bar present was the Crown Prosecutor, Mr. Gore Jones. The names of the jurymen summoned baring boon called, the follow ing cases were entered upou. UNDKFENDED CA8EB. FLEMING V. ABMBIBOKO.-Mr. Oxen ham appeared for the plaintiff, and claimed £23 18s. 6d. on promissory note.
