Mr. Price was in ehargo of the Medical Bill. There bavo been many medical bills before the Assembly for ages past, bnt not ono has been allowed to go to tho Council. But the member for I Uloucestcr was determined to break tbe record with bis measure. So ho waited and watched for a favorable opportun ity on Wednesday night to rush the third reading, and get the bill sent up to the other place.
