DISPUTE ABOUT A HORSE. Job Hayward was summoned before the P.M., on Tuesday for unlawfully detaining and refusing to gi'e up possession to H. B. ' Adams, ons grey gelding, value £5, the - property of tha latter. It appeantlay ward i had a grey foal, and lei it out to grass in the common. Subsequently he lost the run of ' it.
