ROCKHAMPTON. WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 1878. THE election of the Hon. R. Pring for Brisbane is the greatest blow the so called Liberal Party has received for many years past As we have already pointed out, thc constituency of North Brisbane is the most politically influential in the colony.
