Hayden, which took ' place at his resi donce, Cathcart, on Wednesday. , lie had been a sufferer for some consider able timo pest, and finally oucoumbed to his malady, internal tumors, on tho day stated. The deceased, who w»g a brother of Mr. Charles Hayden, of Hnyden Park, was the owner of Mcrambago and Little River Statio'o, wharo he resided for the groater part of his life, hie family hav ing all been reared there, but some 18 months since he removed to CathcaTt,so as to be nearer to medical attendance. Tho deceased, from his lengthy resi dence, wbb well known in this district, and waB universally respected. He loaves a wi'iow and 18 children, 8 gitls and 5 boys, to mourn their irreparable loss, and for whom tho deepest sympathy io expressed.
