The Kennewick Courier VOL. VI. NO. 25 Cosgrove Comes to Town. S. G. Cosgrove, of Pomeroy, a » candidate for the republican nom ination for governor, came to Ken newick last Friday. Mr. Cosgrove met 75 to 100 of the leading repub licans of the precinct while here and was accorded a cordial recep tion by all. He found a good many Cosgrove men and that everybody favored the idea of an Eastern man for governor. He was a member of the State Constitutional convention and has twice been elected presidential elector, the last time having a plu rality of 75,000 while the head of the state ticket had only 15000. He has done as much campaigning ...
