Worried to Death. [Newspaper Article] — The Hillston Spectator and Lachlan River Advertiser — 8 October 1898

Worried to Death Not long since, a business man of tnis city died from worry. The strain on his brain and constant anxiety brought on numerous complaints which ultimately led to his death. Nor is an occurrence of this kind so common as people suppose. Business men are very oftbn martyrs to consti pation and kindred ills, and though an absolute anti speetiy remedy is to -to be found in Bile Beans for Bilious ness, everyone does not appear to re cognise that fact-. What is 'he direct cause of constipation is hard to say. It is mostly the effect of disobedience, to the laws of nature, irregularity of habit, and is often caused by an over strain on various organs of the system. Constipation inay also be caused by eating indigestible foods, or eating too much or too fast. Insufficient liver action, also, is often the cause, and the reason of this is that it is one of the purposes for the liver to furnish the digestion with a fluid called bile. An insufficient quantity of this fluid inter...
