Tbe average test was. 3-8. Suppliers were paid 8jd per 1b for btatter fat, equal to 3}d per gallon for milk. The total paid was i860. Kangaloon and Waratah- factories paid 3Jd per gallon and Pheasant Uroaod 3d per gallon for milk for March. During March the Beehive factory received 12,322 gallons milk, the yield of batter being 6744 lbs.
