A FARM , AND TOWN PROPERTY—roit SALE . lif £ HE Farm is situated two and a half miles west of Springfield , and contains 2-11 acres of excellent Land ; 170 acres of which are first rate Timber land : 70 acres of prairie are now in cultivation . The Farm , which was one of the first located in this section of country , is under good improvement .
