DARING ATTEMPT OF KIDNAP BROTHER FRUSTRATED Sensational Allegation Made Against Younger of the Laphams Arrested Here on Way to Chicago (From Friday's Dally.) la a daring attempt to get hit brother, Anton J. Lapham, to Chi cago, where, it ii alleged, be Intend ed to nave him placed in a sanitar ium, Frank Lapham wan arrested on the train here, yesterday morning, at 2:55 o'clock, by Deputy Sheriff Joe Young and Policeman Thomai McMahon and lodged in the county jail. Lapnara was taken into cus tody on telegraphic advices from the ebcriff of Maricopa county, who holds a warrant charging him with kidnapping. Anson J. Lapham, said to be weak mentally, was also taken into cistody. The brothers were taken to Phoenix in the afternoon by Deputy Sheriff Wolff of Marl copa county.
