BuiWing not 'Complete and Classes Being Held in Court House This Week. Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock the first services of the West Texas State Normal were held in the Methodist church. The Normal building is not in proper condition to receive the students and provision was made to hold classes and get organized in the court house.
