MANNUM PROGRESS ASSOCI ATION. The executive committee of the above . association met at the local Institute on Tuesday evening, Febru ary 22. Mr. M. D. Shearer (president) occupied the chair. Messrs. S. B. von Douasa (vice president) and Jan. Laffan (hon. secretary) were given authority to operate on the association's bank account.
