HEATHCOTE POLICE COURT. Monday, December 7th, 1863 (Before Mr. Willoby, P.M., and Mr. Stackpool, J.P.)   T. Watts was charged with being drunk. He pleaded guilty, and had, been confined since Saturday night. The Bench, in consideration, discharged him. Debt.—B. W. Walsh v. the members of the Road Board, £5 5s. The account was passed for payment at the last meet- ing, but the Secretary had not commnni- sated with Mr. Walsh, and Mr.Walsh   thought, as the money had not been paid till after the time appointed for hearing, the case, the defendants should have paid the money into Court. Order for the amount, with 34s. costs. The Town and Country Police Act.— Henry Hanson was charged with allowing three pigs to wander in High Street. Dismissed.
