We haInve sometimes had occasion to refer to the difl'erence which persons have professed to find between the people of Wollongong and of Kiama in reference to the qualities of "push " and persistency for the attainment of desirable improvements; and the presont projeot certainly argues a highly creditable amount of enterpriso among our northern neighbours, though it does not in itself suggest any odious com. parison in which Kiamna people might be concerned.
