Red Cross Workers. The committee of the local branch of the Red Cross Society have once more commenced operations, and are making strenuous efforts to supply comforts or the soldiers. It is urgently requested that workers will come forward again as they did last year and assist the Society in their noble work. Material can be obtained from the hon. secretary (Mrs. T. M. Drew.) There is a great demand for shirts for the soldiers and it is hoped a ready response to this appeal will be forthcoming.
