DEFAULTING MAGICIAN.   At the Warrnambool Police Court yesterday John Ballis, the local bill- poster, proceeded against Harry Jansen, who gave an entertainment in the Oddfellows' Hall last Saturday night, for the recovery of £2/15/ for work and labor done, and an order was made for the amount with 15/6 costs.
