Empire-Date. The annual celebration of Empire Day at Nathalia School, came off on Wednesday la^t, and was a great success. The ; townspeople and parents had provided the youngsters with ample provisions, etc, and the youthful appetites did full justice to them The school ommittee.headed by the chairman (Mr. P. W. Brown), and Mis Silling with a host of willing assistants carried out the many duties satisfactorily. Sports of various kinds according to the size oi the com petitors was indulged in.
