The Hate Cletks' Association met in this city jesterday at the parlors of the lloyal hotel for the purpose of agreeing upon summer excursion rates. There is but little difference in the rates made yesterday and those of last jear. A difference arose be- tween the Santa Fe and the associa- tion regarding the rate to Eureka Springs. The other roads wanted a rate of five cents but the" Santa Fe wanted four cents and on account of this difficulty withdrew from the asso- ciation.
