NOVELTY.-The good people of Rich- mond will, on Monday and Tuesday even- ing next, be treated to something new \n show business, the famed Dominic Sonsee, the Dwarf, and the Magnetic Lady having signified their intention of honoiing us with a visit. Windsor will be similarly treated on Wednesday and Thursday, and the best thing we can do is to return the compli- ment by attending their levee. The press is Full of Dominic's comicalities, which, for a man two feet high, are astounding. PASTURES AND STOCK. Windsor Borough Council. THE ordinary meeting of the Council was held on Wednesday evening the 30th November, at 8 o'clock. Present, the Mayor, and Aldermen W. Gosper, Primrose, Linsley, Collins, Pickup, and Robertson.   The minutes of last meeting was read and confirmed. Alderman Primrose, presented a request from certain rate payers in George and Argyle-streets, Newtown, that a proper channel should be cut, effi- cient to convey the flood water away.
