Perpetual Motion Discovered at Last, nPHE subscriber haying been appointed \i_ agent by S. W. Paine for the sale of Ihe Rose & Peck Improved Direct, Action Walter Wheels , would say to the owners of Saw Mills in 'Tioga county, (hat he is ready to furnish -the above mentioned Wator Wheel at Wellsboto', at any lime after this date, on the moat reasonable terms-. These Wheels are warranted to do the best business With the least quantity of water ot vty Wheel in use, (except an Overshot.) The great advantages of these wheels over all others is the manner in which the water 19 applied to the wheel, is such (bat there cannot be.any waste of wator, tho gates or sheets regulating the quantity. The gale is so constructed that it shuts almost perfectly tight. Quantity of water required under eight feet head, 130 square inches, under 20 feet bead, 50 inebes; all heads between these in proportion. All wheels warranted to perform according to recommendation, if they do not we lake them...
