Firat, the walls ef the Asylum build ing ecem to be perfect. I did not see any crack r iaiperfection in the walls, and this fact was mentioned at each timo of inspection. I think that tho fault of Ota bmldinc is due to tho archi tect. The roof leaks. It is made of corrugated galvinised iron, aad when ever there is a rain in Phenix or in Salt river valley it cornea with a driving wind, and the water is driven through the laps of the iron.
