The United Blatos court of claims on Momluy ten dofed a judgment In favor of lonl members of the Slsaeton and Wahpe ton bands of Sioux Indians and against the government for the sum of 788,971. Tho claims wore based on the treaty, of July 23, 1S51, by the terms of which tho government agreed to pay these Indians 306,000 and an annuity of 73,600 for 50 years.
