SATURDAY, MARCH 19, 1864. 200,000 MORE I TLe President publishes an order, dated March 15tb, calling for 200,000 more men, in addition to the 500,000 called for Feb luary 1st, 1861. If the men are not raised they are to be diafled immediately. The 15th day of April is designated as the time up . to which the number required may be raised by voluntary enlist ment. The draft will be commenced as Eoon after the 15th of Apiil as possible. The Government bounties, as now paid, continue until April let, 1861, at which time the additional bounties cease. EMPOIIIA, KANSAS. SATURDAY, APRIL 9, 18C4. CALL FOR A. REPUBLICAN STATE CUNVENTIUX. The Republicans of Kansas, and all oth ers who support the policy of the National Administration in suppressing the present rebellion, will meet in Slate Convention at Topeka on Thursday, April 21st, 1864, for the purpose of selecting delegates to the National Republican Convention, to be held at Baltimore, on June 7th. 1864, to nomin ate candidates for President and Vice Pres ident of the United States. The basis of representation will be one delegate from each Representative District in the State.
