A private latter published in the Gazetta dd PnpoJo, furnishes an account of the journey of young Mortara from Bologua to Rome. From this it appears that his conversion to Christianity is not by any means so far advanced as was stated son e time ago by an Ultramontane paper. iypose and Lock Haven Railkoad A contract nas been entered into with Wood Morrell & Co., by J. W. M'Minn. Esq., Chief Engineer of the Tyrone and Lock Haven railroad, for all the iron necessary to lay the track of said road.— Tbe laying of the track will bo commenced 35 soon as practicable in tbe Spring, and it is confidently expected that tbe entire road will be finished in less than a year. When completed, it will be a valuable feeder to the Pennsylvania Central Railroad.
