Tba loaa by the fire at Dyolt Glass Works ia S6000—no insurance. Tha weather to-day baa been oppressively warm, tha thermometer reaching 07 in tha shade. A man named Bowen Young waa drowned while bathing at the Island this afternoon. St. Loots, June 20. The oeraetorie* report 99 interments today, of which HI were from cholera. The disease is fearfully increasing, and tbe weather very hot. Tbe water iu the river is still rising — Business is prostrated, and there is much sickness along tbo Missouri river. The town of St. Josephs suffers greatly from cholera ' Cincinnati, June 20. There were 35 cholera interments for the 24 hours ending at noon to-day. One oaaMtery had not reported.
