The entire battalion of troops from Whipple, under command of Major Russell, will participate. The J troops 'will march from Whipple to the corner of Cortez and Willis streets, whero the procession will be formed. The Governor's Guards, Cant Wm. De Witt commanding, havo also accepted an invitation to take part, and will act as escort to the Grand Army Post General W. J. O'Neill has been selected as officer of tho day. The column will form on the corner of Cortes and Willis streets, the lino of march being up Cor tez to Carleten street, to Monteznma, to Gurley, and out Gurley to the ceme tery, where the Meaierial services will be held, and the precession disbanded.
