" f"T -i i I r mn Compulsory VacciHalion. Editor News: Dear Sir: Having read your circular letter from the Superin tendent of Public Instruction, de fining the duties of school boards and teachers, as touching the ''vaccinating law," and as I am a director in precinct No. 15, of Lincoln county, I would like to have a chance to express my views on the question through your paper. I have no desire to pose as a "kicker," but sometimes forbear ance ceases to be a virtue, and to my mind the unconditional en forcement of the vaccination law is the limit. I am always will ing to abide by the will of the majority, especially in all things reasonable. However, I am con fident the majority of the people in the territory arc opposed to the unconditional enforcement of such a law. I have not talked with a single person that favors it, und for my part I consider it one of the most brazen pieces of petit graft I have ever met with. Our public school has been the common prey for the book and furni...
