War Details Fortress Monroe, Oct. 8.—The frigate Susquehanna has arived from Hatteras inlet, and brings most interesting intelligence. The day after the capture of the propeller Fanny, by the rebels, the steamer Cevas and Putnam, having one of the launches of the Susquehanna in tow, went up thi (,'hieoquicoco, and landed seven days' provisions, returning the same evening, without having seen anything of the rebels. On Friday, word readied 1 iatteras Inlet, by the steaniea.S'ev.s and St'dpcs, that 1,500 rebels, consisting of Georgia, South Carolina and Virginia regiments, had eoir.e over from the main land iu six small steamers, and schooners, and flat boa's and attacked the 80th. Indiana Regiment, wluvvere obliged to retrrcat. The Susquehanna steamed up outside, while Colonel Hawkins marched up with six eo'ipanies end reached 1 latteras light by nightfall, a distance of thi'X' en miles.
