Small suckers wero slightly easier, but large well grown suckors, store pigs and slips sold well up to thf late high ratos. I quote sales as follows :-. Church News. The anniversary of the local Methodist Church was held on Sunday last when the Rev. W. Scurr preached to large congre gations. The choir rendered special music at the services. On Monday evening the annual con cert was held in the Mechanics' Hall at which there was not a large attendance. The pro gramme was enjoyed hy all, judg ing by the applause given to vari ous performers. The Rev. W.
