One-Third of The Estate Goes to The Widow And Balance to The Children. Washington, April 21. The will of the late Rev. Dr. T. DoWitt Talmage was filed here today. It leaves an cstato valued at more than $.300,000, of which about $250,000 is in personal property, consisting of secured notes, U. S. 4 per cent bonds, Btock and cash in bank; fur niture, pictures and household ef fects. Tho real cstato is worth about $50,000. The Washington Loan and Trust Company is named as executor and today petitioned the district supreme court to admit tho will to probate. After a short fight, caused by a minority report on tho stathood question, it was moved as a substitute that tho statehood plank be made to read: "Wo demand immediate state hood with such boundaries as Congress may determine." This was tho sentiment of tho so cal led double statehood men. A roll call showed only seventy-eight votes for the minority substitute, the counties favoring it being Garfield, Grant with the exception of one vote, Kingfisher and Logan.
