A Spzcial Dispatch to the Eagle. Yesterday wo received a special dis patch from United Slates Attorney, Geo. R. Peck, to lliis cQect: "Osage land case decided in favor of pettier?." Outside of the righteousness of the decision, Mr. Peck is entitled to great credit for the victory. He conducted the suit agaiust a most powerful cor poration who had in its employ the best legal talent in the country. For years has the suit dragged along. Mr. Peck gained theflrst victory before the United States Circuit Court, and now tho highest tribunal in the laud says the settlers shall have their homes.
