Hcarld and Tribune. THURSDAY MAY 6, 1875. EASTERN DIYISION FAIR. Feveral Grangers of this county have received circulars from Mr. C. V. Charlton stating that they have been elected as Directors in tho Ka-tern Division Fair at Knoxvillo, which has been turned over by the Stockholders to the Grangers. Now in the first place we would like to know how many Directors Brother Charlton proposes to Lave in this new movement. If each , of the ether counties in East Tennessee are entitled tots many as it appears, Washington is, we think there has been an error committed right at the start. In the second place we will inform llrothcr Charlton that we have the best managed Fair in this county that can le found in tho State, which is man aged and controlled mostly by farmers ana Grangers, and m place of asftist ing to build up a Fair in competition in an other county, our Grangers pre fer still making further improvements at home.
