Mr. Steinert has tried to, owercomc the radical fault of the piano, the break in its tone, and its Lick of sustained, even quality conse- quent on the direct Ulow of the ham- mer on the strings, followed by its, return to its original position before it can bo used again. The full- measure paint was adulterated 40%; the short- measure paint was adulterated 45% besides benzine in the oil, don't know how muoh. Devoe lead-and-zinc wasn't eold in the town then. It don't pay to monkey with paint. Devoe oosts less than any of 'em; not by the gallon, of course; by the house and year. That's to reckon it. Go by the name. Geo. A. Thomas & Sons sells our paint.
