OUR CONSTABLE.-On the 7th of may last, an eleedion took place in the First j-rd of this Parish, to elect a Constable, in place of Chas. Thompson, resignee. Mr. Sullen Gonor was elected by a large majority ofthe duly qualified voters, and till now has not receive h" commission from the Executive.
