Stockwell, the artist, now engaged on the g reat panorama of the .Mississippi, in this city, was one afternoon, slowly floating down the river, in his boat, a very uncomforta ble hower came pattering down at the moment he was about to drop anchor to sketch the pic turesque establishment of a squatter.
