Of 47,595 wethers that went through the salaeyards at Flemington, New castle or Malitland, he said, the loss through death from injury was one half .per cetit. Of 13,644 ewes the ,loss was .46 per cent, and of 2004 lanrbs, .25 per cent. On 63,000 sheep .the~average loss was .49 Iper cent.
