Fremont's Retreat from Harrlsouburg to Sit. Jackson. Fremont's army reached Harrisonburg, from a point on tbe Shenandoah, opposite Port Republic on Tuesday, tba llih. and , encamped there that night. On Wednesday, he moved to New Market, and an ; Thursday arrived at Mt. Jackson, the tertntous of tbe Manassas Gap Railroad. Here the army is now encamped. Some of tbe troops behaved very badly in the retreat from Harrisonburg.
