Tliu Cattle Sanitary Hoard fur nishes the following: The last legislature passed a law known as Council Hill No. 34, which provides for tne repres sion of contagious and infectious diseases among cattle and horses and provides for the extirpation of such diseases and to protect the public health. The Cattle Sanitary Hoard is charged with the responsibility of enforcing the provisions of this law. The Cattle Sanitary Hoard has secured the co-operation of the U. S. Hurcau of Animal Industry in conducting a tuberculin lest of the dairy cattle of the Territory. The work has been organized and the testing is now being done by competent veterinarians.
