Public Examiner Poster, who has been making an examination of the officers of Yavapai county, has shaken up the dry bones in the courthouse. He left (last night for Phoenix, where he will present a report to Governor Kibbey that in some respects will be of a sensa tional character. Prom an authentic source, the Journal-Miner learns that Mr. Foster will recommend that the county officials be instructed to close down the money paying slot machines, none of which are paying a license; that a radical change should be made in the record er's office in the matter of providing a proper index book for certain records; that the supervisors have expressly vio lated the law by appropriating $50 to a theatrical programme and have been derelict in their duties in not enforcing the law against the gambling slot ma chines.
